Shipping & Delivery

• All items shipped unassembled via FedEx.
• Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from time of order. Most orders ship more quickly.

View Shipping Price Before Purchase

• Shipping price is viewable before submitting payment. You can view the shipping price by signing up for an account and adding products to your cart. (Shipping prices are based on the address provided in your account.)

Payment Process

• Your Credit Card will be charged as soon as the order reaches the Processing step (See Below). This is when inventory is reserved for your product. Reserving the inventory ensures you will receive your product in the order it was purchased from our website.

Order Status

• Pending – Order has been received and is in the queue to be processed for shipping out.
• Processing – Credit Card has been charged. Inventory has been reserved. Product will be shipped as soon as inventory allows. The product is then repacked and inspected for defects at this time to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Shipped – Shipping has been arranged. Product is awaiting pickup by carrier.

Factory Warranty

• If any part breaks during assembly it will be replaced at no charge.
• If you are unhappy with the quality of any certain part it will be replaced/exchanged at no charge.
• Remember, the replacement part comes unfinished.
• Some larger furniture items may contain plywood for added strength
  (An industry standard). NO PARTICLE BOARD is used in any items. If you have questions regarding a particular item please call first and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Manufacture Local

• Many of our items are made here in the USA, but some are not. If you have questions regarding the manufacturing location of a particular item please call first and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Return Policy

• Check all merchandise for shipping damage immediately
• Items will only be accepted back in original condition and original packaging.
• All returns must first be authorized with American Unfinished Furniture.
• A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on ALL returned items.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
